Refund policy

Returns

You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@kolorkraftstudio.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

• Custom or personalized products

• Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
