Thank you for shopping with KolorKraftStudio! We sell both custom-designed digital products and made-to-order physical items — including prints, décor, and furniture — that are shipped directly to you by our production and dropshipping partners.

1. Order Processing

  • Production Time: Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Furniture Items: Larger items like furniture may take 5–15 business days to produce and ship, depending on the item and supplier.

2. Shipping Methods

Standard Items (e.g., art prints, stickers, small décor):

  • Shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers.

  • Tracking is provided once shipped.

  • Delivery in the U.S. typically takes 3–10 business days.

Furniture & Oversized Items:

  • Shipped via freight carrier or specialty service depending on size and destination.

  • May require scheduled delivery.

  • Curbside delivery is standard unless otherwise noted (no inside placement or assembly).

  • The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide where available.

  • International delivery times vary by location and carrier, typically 7–21 business days after fulfillment.

  • Buyer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Furniture Delivery Notes

  • Please inspect all furniture deliveries upon arrival.

  • If damage is visible, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take photos.

  • Notify us within 48 hours at info@kolorkraftstudio.com so we can help initiate a claim or replacement.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost items or delays due to incorrect addresses.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Once items are in transit, we rely on shipping carriers for delivery.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, weather interruptions, or customs holdups.

  • If your item is delayed or lost, contact us — we’ll assist in tracking it down or replacing it when eligible.
